Each year Harpors is dedicated to finding the best talent in the industry. Interns go through a rigorous process of training throughout the year to learn guests’s standards and team culture.

To become a Coordinator at Harpors requires extensive job shadowing, formalized training, and a year of job shadowing with our Senior Coordination Team. Harpors training program covers all areas of Event Management and much more.

Harpors Vineyard is a historic property located on a secluded estate south of Des Moines, IA.

The vineyards and existing buildings were transformed into a prestigious and award- winning event venue in 2015 by owners, Shay and Chelsie Dulle.
