What time is the shuttle leaving?
All SHUTTLES will depart at 6:00PM from the Hyatt to Harpors Vineyard. No exceptions for late arrivals will be made. *Champagne Culture is not responsible for any delays in shuttle times.
What time is the shuttle returning?
Shuttles from Harpors Vineyard back to the Hyatt Place will leave at 11:59PM. Only those who purchased the shuttle option will be allowed to ride the bus. Shuttle tickets WILL NOT be sold at the event.

Is there an age restriction?
Yes, the minimum age is 21. This will be strictly enforced at the door thought a security check. (ID required at door) NO ONE UNDER 21 WILL BE PERMITTED to enter this event.
Is there a dress code?
Yes, formal attire is required. See referenced photos for inspiration and overall feel.
I have a question on dress code?
It’s better to be safe than sorry. DM all dress code questions to us via Instagram and our team will answer them for you.
What is included with the Unlimited Alcohol?
Unlimited Alcohol includes Canned Beer, White Claw, Wine, Prosecco, and Well Liquor Mixed Drinks.
What food will be served at this event?
Light Cocktail Appetizers for the first 2 hours, Popcorn, and Late Night Pizza by the slice. *We can not guarantee any foods to be Gluten Free, Vegan, or Vegetarian.
Is there a cancellation policy? Can I get refunded?
No, all sales are final regardless of weather. The show will go on. Refunds will not be provided for any reason.
What are ticket sale dates?
Event tickets are available for purchase starting December 1, 2021 and will be sold until capacity is hit. The event will sell out, and tickets will not be sold at the door.
Will tickets be available for purchase at the door?
No, Tickets will NOT be sold at the door day of the event. Ticket sales will stop once the event is sold out.
When will we receive the wristbands?
Wrist Bands will be distributed at the check-in tent day of the event. Wristbands will only be given after security ID check for 21+. Please have your eticket(s) and ID ready to be scanned at check-in.
What if I need to transfer my ticket?
Champagne Culture is not responsible for ticket exchanges.
