Wedding Coordination services include:
Communication
- Unlimited communication with any questions you may have
- In person meeting 45-60 days out from the wedding to verify venue layout, timeline, and vendor list is in order
Vendors
- Communication with your vendors over timeline of day/expected arrival time
- Confirming your vendors arrivals and proper set up
- Work with all vendors day of to ensure their compliance with your contracts
Timeline
- Providing you with a detailed timeline of your day that we create together
- Making sure timeline is properly followed and everything is in order day of
- Organizing and instructing the wedding party for the ceremony
- Organize the lineup and introduction of the wedding party in to the reception
- Work alongside the DJ or band to ensure your timeline is being followed for the introduction, speeches, first dance and cake cutting
- Organizing the grand exit of the Bride and Groom at the end of the evening (if requested)
Guest Experience
- Review Harpors Vineyard Bar orders and confirm options
- Creates venue layout options for the head count specified
- Directing wedding guests to ceremony location
- Directing the wedding guests to reception site post ceremony
- Assist with guest’s satisfaction to ensure your special day is memorable
- Assisting the client with breakdown of all additional items brought in such as décor, guest book, gifts, etc.
