Vendor recognition on our email subscription campaign when images are used.

Access to images, drone footage, and videography from the event.

Is following the Here Comes The Sun theme required?
Yes, see the reference photos for details. All items will need to be approved by Champagne Culture Team.
What times will I have access to the venue for setup?
All Vendor setup will be done the day of the event with access to the venue starting at 11AM Saturday, April 23, 2022 If special arrangement are needed please DM the Harpors Vineyard account. Thursday and Friday access is also available upon request.
What time do I need to be back for Pickup/Cleanup?
Any items needing pickup up, will need to be done after the event concludes on Saturday April 23 at 12AM. OR before 8AM on Monday, April 25, 2022.
Is there Parking?
Harpors has extensive parking on site and off street.
Is there Storage onsite for totes and boxes of items I am bringing?
Limited onsite storage is available for smaller boxes and totes.
What should vendors wear?
Business causal, all black. No jeans or khakis.( For setup) Vendors may wear formal wear during the Here Comes The Sun event.
Is there Internet Access onsite?
Limited onsite internet access can be provided upon request.
Is there an age restriction on guests attending?
Yes, the minimum age is 21. This will be strictly enforced at the door.
