Couples choose this option when they want the main event to stay polished while still giving close friends and family a relaxed place to keep the night going. Bar service continues under the same all-inclusive package, and our staff remains on-site to keep the timeline smooth.

HOW THE SHUTTLE WORKS

Once your reception wraps, guests who are part of the afterparty group board the shuttle from the vineyard. The trip is short, planned in advance with your coordinator, and timed so vendors can reset the main venue without stress.

Your lead coordinator confirms headcount, pickup location, and departure time during planning meetings. We also share simple instructions for wedding party members so everyone knows where to meet.

WHAT STAYS INCLUDED

The same unlimited bar coverage from your wedding package applies during the House Harpors portion of the evening. Coordination support carries over as well, so you are not handing off to an outside team late at night.
